This is, in my opinion, the top 10 greatest films of all time. These are some of my favorite movies, but films I like even more than some of these didn't make the list. I was choosing based on: Entertaining: Is enjoyable to watch, and Quality: the writing, characters, script, acting, cinematography, scenery, overall look of the film, etc.
#10. It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
So much talent and well put to use! It's so difficult to pick a favorite character, a favorite scene, a favorite line, etc. because they're all so fantastic! This is such an hilarious comedy, not done in classic screwball fashion, but rather a depiction of how regular people might really act in a situation like this.

A visually stunning movie! It's simplistic story-line is filled in with fantastic musical numbers, beautiful sets, heartwarming sentiment, and delightful characters.

5 1/2 hrs of merriment, heartbreak, endearment, and humor. There's never been better character arcs than those of Lizzie and Darcy. Collin Firth is a master at conveying emotions in on facial expression that a thousand words couldn't do justice. And, two pictures, because it's just such a visually breathtaking film!

The spectacular musical numbers amidst the charming story-line makes this film so delightfully spectacular! So much talent in one film! It's humorous, charming, bright & colorful, and sweet.

The quality and practical effects of this film are amazing! It is so funny, in an organic sort of way. Buster Keaton is a master at getting you to care for his characters. Not to mention his incredible stunts!

This is a real "feel good" movie to me. It has good character arcs, wonderful music, and a fun setting. Robert Preston is the perfect Herold Hill.

The acting and moral of this story are the top things for me. But it's greatness doesn't stop there! The characters are endearing, the plot is interesting, and it has a delightful mix of humor and drama.
