5. A New Old Movie
Why not a good Old Hollywood movie they've most likely never seen before? There are so many good obscure movies out there. If you do a little digging, you're sure to find a good one!
Here's one I'd recommend for the mystery lover:

 6. Record Player & Records
A record player is a fun unique gift, which could be considered one that keeps giving (giving music that is). If the person already has a record player, gift them a vinyl of a soundtrack from one of their favorite films!
Hopefully they won't smash it like Mary

7. Classic Black Umbrella
Not everyone has a stylish umbrella for the rainy weather, and this a nice but also practical gift idea!

 8. A Vintage Painting
Many people now-a-days don't have fine art in their homes. They have posters, nick nacks, modern prints, or just bare walls. A beautiful vintage painting can be such a thoughtful gift.
(Antique stores, Etsy, and flea markets are good places to look)

 9. Portrait Painting
Something even more rare to see is a fine art portrait. Find a local oil portrait artist (acrylic and watercolor are good as well) and have a custom portrait made for your friend. This could make a great couple's gift, or for someone who's recently lost a loved one.
Can't find a local portrait artist? Click the two photos below for a couple of artists I've found online:
 10. A Themed Gift
Think of a film they like and pick things that have hints of that movie. You can even have tags on each item to make it more in theme! It would work well if you had several items and maybe even the movie (to make it special, on Blu-Ray), in a basket together. Here are a few suggestions to get you started...
Bake a banana cream cake from Glass Bottom Boat. Tap photo for recipe

The Pirate = Tickets to an acrobatics show

That's all for now! I hope you found this Gift Guide helpful!
